chapbooks home![]() Dr. Georg Albrecht is a renaissance man. Born in Augsburg, Bavaria, he came to the U.S. in ’74 to make his home here after attaining a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of British Columbia. He has a dedication to history, the French language, music, and the poetry of Von Goethe. With more than 40 patents, papers and chapters in fields as beta decay, lasers and turbulent flow, he also is very devoted to his children and dog. Dr. Albrecht and Liz Fortini have recently completed a Chapbook entitled: A Cutting Edge: translations of Rainer M. Rilke. ![]() Liz Fortini is a poet and translator, published on French and Italian online poetry journals. Her poems have appeared in RB Viewpoint, Blue Unicorn, as well as local anthologies. She is publisher of languageandculture.net, now entering its fifth year. Liz resides in Pleasanton, California with her husband and daughter. |
